Very high temperatures are allowed to develop quickly on the grill surface, which are then transferred directly to the food you want to barbeque. Moisture is sealed in and the food remains juicy and tender.
When grilling with TRU-Infrared™, the steel emitter plate accumulates the heat and forms a protective barrier between the food and the open flames. This prevents annoying flare-ups and leaves no room for burnt barbeque food.
