Allow controller to rest using two support wires on each side of housing. Check all flame sensor connections. - If no flame appears, i. Check position of electrode tip. Tip should be ~4mm from burner and pointed directly at burner. Retry ignition. If still unsucessful, ii. Remove controller head by removing two mounting screws then lifting up and forward. Allow controller to rest using two support wires on each side of housing. Check all ignitor connections. • If attempting ignition in high wind conditions, adjust position of grill so that the wind is from the back and attempt again. • If no wind is present and all other steps have been followed, replace controller. |
