Hi Shayne, this emitter plate doesn't fit the Performance T-36G, it is suitable for the Professional 4 burner, the Professional Black Edition 4500, Professional PRO S 4, Professional CORE B 4 and the Professional POWER EDITION 4. Hi, could you recommend the best way for cleaning these plates, both between cooks and at the end of the season? I've previously had a set go rusty on me. Also should i be using rubberised utensils as they seem to scratch and dent quite easily?

Dear James, It is advisable to burn off the excess fat and food residues that have accumulated on your grates after each use. Set the grill to the highest setting and close the lid. Leave it on for about 15 minutes, this should burn the residue to ash. After the grill has cooled down, clean the grill grates regularly. It is much easier to clean the food residues while there is still heat than after the food residues have cooled down completely and become hard. You can also soak them into soapy water and afterwads put some oil on them. So they'll be smoothly ready for your next grilling session. Regards, Your Char-Broil team UK

Is this suitable for a performance 430?

Hi Chrisyates this heat tent is suitable for the Convective 310 and the Convective 640 and unfortunately not for the Performance 340. For the Performance 340 the heat tent G361-0003-W1 (https://www.charbroil.co.uk/heat-tent-uk-g361-0003-w1) is suitable. Kind regards your Char-Broil Team
