The only reply I’ve had is there isn’t an intermittent plate as it’s a Vince tie grill? Also like the previous review I would have thought it could have a rotisserie? A bit disappointing

Can I clean the grates in a dishwasher?

I’ve just assembled a 640B XL but I’m finding it impossible to fit the gas hose to the bbq I’ve tried soaking the hose in hot water and also tried a hairdryer to soften the hose but it just won’t go to the top of the fitting so that I can secure it.

Width and height of the base unit please - excluding the shelves - for the CONVECTIVE 640 B - XL. Very frustrating not having access to dimensions.

Dear Jeremy, it is not possible to dismount the side table from our Convective 640 or fold them down. Especially since one have them has a side burner. The width is 90cm and the height is 115cm. Kind regards, Your Char- Broil Team UK
