Rated 5 out of 5 by weeble from BBQ made easy. I'm going to admit, my experience with a charcoal BBQ isn't the greatest so I decided to take the plunge and try the Performance Core B3 gas BBQ. I am soo happy I did, the ease this BBQ makes cooking delicious food is amazing. Extremely simple to control, just adjust the temps with a simple turn of the robust, well made temp knobs, the burners give a really good consistent heat which makes cooking a lot easier, and when it comes to cleaning its a breeze. There's even a little grease trap underneath to make life a bit easier. Also, when looking on the website for the Performance Core B3 I found you can also buy a smoker box FOR A GAS BBQ. And a selection of chips. A definite must buy for me next. Now on to building this great bit of outdoor cooking tech. Honestly, it couldn't be simpler. It took me about 40 mins to build it alone. The instructions were the clearest and easiest to follow I have ever used which made a pleasant surprise. Every single nut, bolt, washer and screw is individually labelled in a blister pack and the instructions make which to use and where extremely obvious and building it was quick and painless. So in short, extremely well made, very easy to build, brilliant to use and clean and most importantly, it gives great results and delicious food. I'd definitely recommend the Performance core b3 gas BBQ to anyone, beginner or pro BBQER as I found it that good. Definite 5* product

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dal22 from Really great cooking results I got this a few weeks ago so that I could do some outdoor cooking. I am a beginner when it comes to using gas burning grill BBQs. It took me and my partner 3 hours to assemble in the living room one evening. Instructions were simple to follow, however I did check on YouTube to get a hint on how to assemble. My brother in law and his family came over one early afternoon. He ran me through the basics of using it. If making sure I had the lid down, and turning it on regular intervals.In fact he is looking at getting one himself as he liked that when you turn the meats over there is no flare up from the dripping oils. Got really great cooking results in a short time, so glad I went for gas and not charcoal this time. No smoke in my face and going into the house, no ashes to get rid of. Easy to clean afterwards. Make sure to use the provided scraper and to get a good nylon brush for the cleaning after it cools down. Did not realise until I was cleaning it and saw the label that it can use patio gas and butane. Just make sure to check with the store about the regulator that comes with it.
