Return Policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract with us within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days, starting from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of part deliveries, took possession of the final delivery. 

We cover the costs of the return of the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if the loss of value is deemed to be the result of handling or use other than that necessary for determining the condition, properties or functioning of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform Char-Broil Europe GmbH, by post: Gasstraße 4c, 22761 Hamburg, Germany, by telephone: +49 (0)40 360 224 000, by email: consumersupport@charbroil.eu by means of an unequivocal statement of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use our sample cancellation form for this. However this is not prescribed. 

If you exercise your right to do this, we will send you immediately (e.g. by email) a confirmation that your cancellation has been received. To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercising of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


Return of goods

 

The respective products must be returned to the following address within fourteen calendar days after the notification of cancellation, as far as possible intact and in the original packaging:

Refund conditions

Every return accepted by Char-Broil Europe GmbH will lead to a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days of the quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products.

Please bear in mind that your right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition that they arrived with you. Please always return products in the original packaging. You should also return all product information, documents and packaging.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item via the above method. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.

You will need to place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order; you may place it at any time.


Refunds and Replacement Orders will be processed within 7 to 10 business days once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing your order history.
