The Big Easy® Smoker, Roaster and Grill combines a smoker, roaster, and grill all in one. Equipped with TRU-Infrared™ cooking technology, The Big Easy radiates heat that helps lock in juices. Roast up to 11 kg poultry with no oil using the included cooking basket and adjustable racks. This ensures a healthier meal for the entire family. The Big Easy includes four rib hooks to roast mouth watering barbecued ribs. The removable porcelain coated grate provides easy cleaning when you cook your favorite meat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best BBQ on the market A really great BBQ that fulfills so many abilities to cook all sorts of meat. We have cooked whole chickens, Beef joints along with large pork joints as well. Grilling on the BBQ is just fantastic. The bbq is so easy to use and cooks the meat really well keeping all the juices within the meat. The chicken is the best we have had. One thing we have learnt and that is to not use a fork or anything that will puncture the meat. Once it is cooked, leave it in the basket until you can take it out with gloves or something. Putting tiny holes in the meat with a fork or anything allows the juices to pore out and the meat could become a bit dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic!! We bought this yesterday so we could really show case our own produce that we sell online. We put a 2.3kg leg of lamb in the basket to roast, 45 minutes.....YES!!!! just 45 minutes, it was cooked to perfection, it was so Juicy too. Incredible! We can't wait to get the wood chip in the smoker and get some of our chickens cooking tomorrow!
