So you’ve got your new Char-Broil grill and can’t wait to fire it up? Here you’ll find some tips on how to set up the grill quickly and what else you need before you can enjoy using it.

You can open the grill with a knife or scissors, but carefully. Be very careful to not scratch your grill while doing so

To make the assembly as easy as possible for you, digital assembly instructions are available for almost all our gas grills and our Gas2Coal. You can find them in our free app, the Char-Broil BBQ Guide.

Before you start the assembly, we recommend that you spread out all the parts on a soft surface. Your best bet is to put a blanket underneath.

For the assembly you only need a screwdriver, a suitable wrench and, of course, the supplied parts. A cordless screwdriver will get things done even faster.

So the grill’s set up and you want to get started at last? Make sure that batteries are in the ignition and that you have a gas cylinder ready. Before you throw the first steak on the grill, you should also do a leak test. You can find out how to do this in the manual, in the app or in this video.
